Live viewer
Your customer opens it, reviews it and accepts it online.
Every quote is shared as a link: nothing to download, print, sign or scan. And you see live when they opened it, which items they looked at and when they said yes.
A PDF attachment makes work for whoever has to say yes.
Download, open, print, sign, scan and reply to the email. Six steps to a yes that could be one, and every step is a chance to leave it for tomorrow.

With a link
Opens the link
Accepts in one click
and the status changes on its own.
It's not an attachment. It's a proposal.
The viewer opens with your introduction, continues with the line items and closes with your payment terms and delivery time. The customer understands what you're offering before they reach the total.
Every item, with its photos and its breakdown.
The customer opens the item they care about and sees the photos, the full description and where the price comes from: unit price, quantity, discount and tax. A PDF only has one row.
Accept in one click, and the status changes on its own.
The customer confirms from the same link and writes down anything they want to clarify. Nobody on the team has to go in and move the quote: it arrives accepted, with the time and the comment.
You hear about it when it happens, and you know what they looked at.
The alert arrives as soon as they open the email, enter the viewer, download the PDF or accept. And the trail goes beyond “they saw it”: how far they scrolled, how long they stayed and which item they opened for a closer look.
The alert also says how the deal was closed. If you closed it over the phone and marked it yourself, that's kept apart from what the customer did in the viewer.

100% of the proposal
The item they opened for a closer look: High-visibility safety vest.
The link is yours, and you can turn it off.
See how many times it's been opened, copy it to resend and deactivate it when it no longer applies. And it expires on its own with the validity you set on the quote: a price from three months ago doesn't open as if it were still valid.
And everything else a shared link needs.
No sign-up, no install
Your customer opens the link and they're in. No account to create, no password, no app to download.
The PDF, if they want it
From the same viewer they download the document to attach to their purchase order or pass to whoever signs off.
Their comment, on acceptance
They can write whatever they want to make clear when confirming, and it stays attached to the quote instead of getting lost in an email thread.
Ask without leaving
If they have a question before deciding, they message you on WhatsApp from the viewer itself and the conversation arrives with the quote number.
Expires when it should
The link expires with the validity you set on the quote. A price from three months ago doesn't open as if it were still valid.
Your brand, not ours
The viewer, the PDF and the links can carry your logo and your domain, so what your customer sees is yours from start to finish.
