FAQ
How does the 14-day trial work?
You create your account, pick the plan you want to try and use the full platform for 14 days. We don't ask for a credit card to start.
What happens when the 14 days are over?
You can sign up for the plan you were trying at any time, without waiting for the trial to end. If you need more time to decide, write to us and we'll work it out.
Do prices include taxes?
No. Prices are in US dollars and are net: they don't include VAT, sales tax or any other local tax.
How does the yearly discount work?
Paying the full year upfront gets you a 17% discount on the twelve months. It's a single charge at the start of the period: $199 on Basic and $299 on Pro.
How do I pay?
With PayPal, in US dollars: for now it's the only payment method. If you need to pay another way, write to contacto@cotizacionweb.cl and we'll work it out.
How much does it cost to add users?
Every plan includes one user. Each extra user costs $5 a month and you can add as many as you need.
Is sending from Gmail included in any plan?
No. Sending your quotes from your own Gmail, business or personal —instead of the system's no-reply address— is a separate add-on: $5 a month, on top of any of the three plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up a plan when your business needs it and the change is available in your account right away; the adjustment shows up on your billing.
When should I move to Pro?
When you stop quoting on your own. Pro unlocks the full CRM, the Kanban view, viewer tracking, the analytics dashboard and purchase and work orders.
What does Enterprise include and how do I get it?
Enterprise adds white-label on the viewer, the PDF and the links, custom integrations with your other tools, an audit log for the admin and dedicated 24/7 support. Custom development is quoted separately. It's put together case by case: write to us and we'll work it out.
Can I quote in my local currency?
Yes. The plan is billed in dollars, but your quotes go out in the currency you choose —or several at once— with automatic exchange rates. Your tax is set up once and applied on its own, and you can quote with or without it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There's no minimum term: you can cancel your plan whenever you want from your account.
