Quotes
Quote in minutes, with your prices and your format.
Your products and services are already loaded with their code, price and tax. You pick, adjust quantities and the document is ready to send.
You never type a price again.
Search by code, name, type or brand, and what you quote most shows up first. Bundles go in whole with a single pick, and what's already on the quote stays in view so you don't add it twice.
Discounts, taxes and margin without a spreadsheet on the side.
Per-line or overall discount, tax exemption, currency conversion and the pre-tax price of every item. Nobody opens Excel on the side to check a total or drags down a formula someone broke last month. Margin shows while you build, so you know what you're giving up before you send, not after you close.
What you build is what the customer sees.
The preview isn't an approximation: it's the final PDF, with your brand and your template, not a Word file that lands misaligned in the customer's inbox. If you want to see the layout before signing up, the free quote template comes from this same sheet. And if the proposal needs context, the introduction and conclusion take text, images and video before and after the line items.
A quote isn't a file: it's a deal in progress.
Each one moves along its path and the status tells you where it is, not what color someone painted it. And the path is yours: rename the statuses, change their colors, add the ones you're missing and order them the way your team works.

Sent isn't the same as read.
Every quote is also shared as a link, and that link leaves a trail: how many times it was opened, how long they looked and when they accepted. It's the difference between assuming the customer saw it and knowing it.
And everything else a quote needs.
Saved before it's ready
Save it as a draft, pick it up when the customer confirms the quantity, and only then is it issued with a number.
Your numbering and your reference
Your own number and an internal reference so you can spot it in the list without opening it.
Validity and sales rep
Every quote carries its validity period and its owner, and the status changes on its own when it expires.
Internal comments
Notes your team sees that never travel in the customer's document.
Introduction and conclusion
Text, images and video before and after the line items, for proposals that need context.
Resend without redoing
The same quote can be sent again, and the link can be turned off when it no longer applies.
