Customer CRM
A customer isn't a row: it's everything that happened with them.
What they were quoted, what they buy, what was discussed and what's still pending. On one screen, without relying on whoever served them last time to remember.
What you know about a customer today lives in four places.
And none of the four is the place. Every time someone goes on vacation or changes jobs, that part of the history leaves with them.
In email
What was agreed lives in a thread only the person who handled it can see.
In a spreadsheet
Someone updates it when they remember, and nobody knows which version is the latest.
In a notebook
The payment terms you negotiated don't survive the holidays.
In someone's head
It leaves with them the day they change jobs.

Contacts, with their roles
And what doesn't fit in a number: that the committee approves by phase and billing goes to head office. Written on the record, not in one person's inbox.
Your whole book of customers, and who owns each one.
Search by name, company, tax ID or assigned sales rep, and choose which columns you want to see: yours stay saved and don't change your teammates'. If your customer list lives in a spreadsheet today, it comes in whole from Excel and goes back out the same way whenever you need it.
Open the customer and you already know where things stand.
How much they've been quoted, how much of that closed, what's open right now and when someone last spoke with them. Before you click a single tab.
What was discussed, written down where it belongs.
The activity log keeps the agreements no form field captures, and each comment can hang off the quote it refers to. It's searchable by text and author, so it's still useful three months later.

And what needs doing, with a date and a name.
Tasks are assigned to the right person and show up on their own in the notification bell, sorted by what's overdue. Nobody has to open the customer to find out they were supposed to call yesterday.
You know what they buy before you call.
The profile ranks their products and services by what they've been quoted most, with how many times and for how much. Reorders suggest themselves, and the new quote starts with what you already know they need.
And everything else a customer profile needs.
Each country with its own tax ID
RUT in Chile, RFC in Mexico, NIT in Colombia, RUC in Peru, and also CUIT or CNPJ, depending on where you are and what kind of customer it is. No generic field that ends up validating nothing.
More than one contact per customer
Whoever approves, whoever pays and whoever receives on site are rarely the same person. The profile keeps all three, with their role.
Industry without typing it by hand
The industry is picked by economic activity, drilling down by level, so two people on the team classify the same customer the same way.
Quote without leaving the profile
Create the quote from the profile with the customer already filled in, and it goes back to their history as soon as you issue it.
In and out through Excel
If your customer list lives in a spreadsheet today, load it whole from an Excel template —with progress, an error report and duplicates skipped— and export it whenever you need it elsewhere. Getting in means no retyping, and so does getting out.
Nothing is ever fully deleted
A deleted customer is archived: it disappears from lists and searches, keeps its quotes, and an admin can restore it.
